2020 School Calendar

During our Enrichment afternoons, the children have been busy taking photographs with Miss Torr to put into our school calendar for 2020. The Calendars are available to purchase from the school office. All proceeds will go towards the school fund and providing additional enrichment activities for the children. So far, we have sold over 40 calendars.

Annual Lights Night and Christmas Fayre

On Friday 30th November, we held our annual lights night and Christmas Fayre. The turn-out was great with lots of revellers who enjoyed the stalls, delicious refreshments and entertainment courtesy of Moorlands Radio. Santa worked hard taking note of all the children’s requests for Christmas Day and delivering each child who came to see him and Advent calendar to help them count down to the big day! The total raised so far is £700 with money still coming in from the raffle. Thank you all so much for all your support. You have done St Leonard’s proud.

Children in Need

On Friday 15th November 2019, we supported Children in Need by wearing non uniform and taking part in the Joe Wicks live P.E lesson. We raised £30 for another fantastic cause! Well done!

We also took part in lots of different activities throughout the day to support our mental health well being,

Harvest boxes

During September, we have been collecting harvest boxes from home to donate to the church to give to elderly and vulnerable residents in the village. On Friday 4th October 2019, we attended a service at the methodist church to take our harvest boxes.
